COVID-19 UPDATES
2 March 2022
We are excited to announce the Night to Remember is coming back! We are going to scale back the event this year
31 March 2021
We have been holding off on making a decision on how to proceed with this year's event while monitoring COVID-19 numbers and current/expected restrictions. We REALLY were hoping to hold our main event this year, but because the safety and well being of our honored guests and volunteers continues to be a priority, we have decided to do A Day to Remember for the second year in a row. This super fun alternative was a big hit to the 160 guests that we visited last year, and we hope to do the same this year! A Day to Remember is scheduled for June 13, 2021 and registration is now open! Learn more here!
1 May 2020
It’s with heavy hearts that we have to cancel this year’s Night to Remember event. Since the Stay at Home Order has been extended to the end of May, we believe that this is the best decision for all of our honored guests and volunteers. All events leading up to Night to Remember, as well as the event itself, is cancelled.
BUT! We couldn’t let this year pass without still celebrating YOU! We’re hitting the road and bringing the party to you this year on June 14! Party crews, abiding by all social distancing guidelines, will be visiting homes for an outside mini dance party complete with a party box gift! Learn more here!

And mark your calendars for June 13, 2021 for next year’s Night to Remember event!
19 March 2020
The safety and well-being is a priority for us. As the prevalence of COVID-19 increases in Dane County, we are continuing to monitor the guidance and recommendations set forth by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services. We will strictly follow those guidelines to ensure the safety of you and our entire community.
At this time, we are still planning to hold Night to Remember on June 14, 2020 at Monona Terrace. We will make a final decision in mid-May based on the guidelines set forth at that time. We do anticipate that some of the activities leading up to the event will be impacted, and as decisions are made we will share that with you here.
  • The Dress Sorting event taking place on Saturday, April 4th will be postponed. We will wait to reschedule until the restriction on group gatherings has been lifted.

  • We are no longer accepting dress donations at this time. Once Heartland Church is able to open again, we can begin to accept dresses.
